Learn about our process
Once you have decided you would like to become a donor, fill out our donor application. From there, the process is simple.
After we have received your application, the following will occur:
- Physician’s office contacts potential donor mother
- Consent is obtained from the donor mother
- Medical History and Behavioral Risk Assessment Interview is completed
- Blood specimens are collected for performance of infectious disease testing (to determine eligibility)
- Tissue is collected once delivery of the baby is complete
